Wren's Rest™ is a curated gathering for skilled women in transition. Not a spa. Not a bootcamp. A structured small-group experience where a cohort of women comes together at a carefully selected host property — contributing professional offerings in a framework built around rest, pacing, and shared purpose.

The land holds the container. The cohort fills it. The week is both the program and the product. What you leave with is not a certificate. It is something that happened, in a place that was ready for it, with people who showed up the same way you did.
